Domi Veléz is a baker whose story began in Las Cabezas de San Juan in Sevilla, where he inherited his family's passion for flour, water and salt. Veléz went on to perfect his own unique methods, combining techniques from different centuries and experimenting with new ideas to create a truly artisanal loaf, without any artificial additives. He was awarded the title Best Baker in the World in 2021.
